Brilliant experience. Travelling from far away to get the car, I had a lot of checks and questions that I wanted to get answered before I made the journey. Sam was extremely helpful throughout the process, sharing detailed and honest information whenever I asked for it - not your typical car salesman! When I came to pick up the car, everything was perfectly as described, making the actual purchase really simple. Would 100% recommend and re-use in the future.

Top notch from the go! Sam at Forza Line was ace from the first moment we spoke when I went in and enquired about a couple of Subarus they had in stock, when I got down and looked at the cars they had, my attention soon turned to a Ford focus Mk 3 RS they had in stock! Within the space of a few days I'd test drove and part ex'd my old car for my new car and everything was sorted with a friendly, super helpful and laid back attitude! Sam was fantastic and I highly recommend heading down to these guys if you're after a new car!

As a mechanic rather than a sales person he knows what needs doing and doesn't cut corners. A big thank you to all the team, but a special mention to Ryan who was at work, on the day of delivery, at 0600hrs to ensure the car was serviced in time. Above and beyond.It's really pleasant to deal with a company that are straight forward, honest and who don't make excuses. 'Anger' the guard dog makes a brilliant receptionist.

Bought my Focus RS from here 2 months ago and I couldn't be happier! Fantastic showroom and excellent customer service. Spoke mostly to Sam during the process of buying my car, he was so professional and very helpful from the get go as I mostly talked via email due to work hours. Car was presented beautifully by lads passionate about cars and the business. Forzaline's aftercare is brilliant too as I had minor running issues with the car on the drive home that the guys promptly took care of. Proper good old fashioned approach to customer service and not just people who'll leave you stranded after a sale. If you want a proper prestige car that stands out, this is the place to go!

Great service in selling me my dream car the Audi RS3!
After going direct to a Main dealership and receiving extremely poor service, Forzaline came to the rescue! Main dealership didn't give me the time of day and literally told me "I think this car is a little out of your price range" simply because I turned up in my beat up ford transit and dressed in my work wear, only to find a local independent car dealership came to my saviour! Sam was laid back, no pushy sell and answered all the questions I had on the car, 2 hours later I'm driving home in my dream car the Audi rs3! Thankyou for all your help once again. 5 stars

The buying experience was excellent from initial contact to the completed transaction was excellent. Very easy to deal with, transparent and accomodating. I had some banking issues on the day of collection and we were able to come to an agreement that suited both parties. I Had my family with me and it took the pressure off what could have been an extremely stressful aituation. Sam was a pleasure to deal with, knowledgeable and friendly. A quick walk round the collection of cars for sale confirmed I was definitely going to buy my car. Each car in stock was of an extremely high quality. Great experience
Great experience! April 2023 and just purchased a 2012 Audi S3 from Forza Line in Coventry. Considering it was the cheapest car available from their stock we were still made to feel like it mattered and were treated with courtesy and respect. We dealt with Sam, one of the business partners, who is very much hands on and who has excellent customer service skills. The garage is impressive with regard stock but not snooty at all. My wife and I viewed and were made to feel very welcome, given plenty of info regarding the car and were then left alone to take our time to inspect it at our leisure. Sam had answers for all of my questions which was also reassuring. I had contacted him before travelling as we live 3.5hrs away and Sam was brutally honest about the condition of the car so there were no big surprises or upsets when we arrived. He even held the whilst we travelled with no deposit paid. After arriving home there was a slight niggle with the car, a common problem with A3/S3's as it turns out! Sam had not been aware of or experienced it himself however there was no issue or argument what so ever. In fact he started off with an apology (even though it wasn't his fault), thanked me for contacting him and immediately offered to cover the cost of the repair. For my convenience the repair was done locally to myself"¦"¦.what a great after sales attitude. Fantastic communication, easy to get hold of, a refreshing change from so many dealers out there and such a pleasure to deal with I couldn't recommend them enough. Excellent service form beginning to end.
I can't thank Sam and Nick enough for making our car purchase extremelly easy and helping me make my dad's day by finding him exactly what he wanted - even though there was a 180 mile distance between us. Both were friendly, easy to talk to and extremely professional. We had been looking for an E pace Jaguar for months and when we found this one the distance was off putting and to be honest nerve -wracking - but Sam made us feel like we were buing from a local garage. I'd phoned quite a few garages to discuss poetntial buys but each one had treated my enquires with distain and some in dissbelief that we were genuine buyers because of the distance. Sam and Nick were the total opposite . After viewing the online video and reading the car description and after a chat with Nick over the phone we decided to travel to see the car , and from there on the bying process and arranging the delivery was made easy for us. Communication was fantastic and Sam answered all our questions with honesty - and a lot of patience fair play! I cannot recommend them highly enough. A genuine, heartfelt thank you for all your help. I had been on the search for a high spec Mercedes' for over two months , when I spotted this example at ForzaLine Ltd I sent them a email and within a day had a detailed video and a finance qoute ready to go , the rest was so simple and the car was delivered to me and was exactly as Nick stated (perfect) . I contacted Nick last Thursday as I was in the market for an Audi S3, he had told me that he had an S3 which was fully loaded. I went on a Saturday to view the vehicle which included a test drive, all paperwork were in order too! I had purchased the car on Saturday and collected it on the following Tuesday 23/05/17! Thanks Nick for the great service and I hope to deal with you again, that's when I get bored of the Audi S3 which won't be very soon :)

I got my VXR Arctic from these guys and they were great! They helped answer any questions when i had them but more importantly didn't push anything. They know what they are selling and came across very genuine. The car needed a little bit of work (to quieten it down, not mechanical) which they did without a question asked.
